The form requires your name, email address, and message; the company/team field is optional. I use these details to assess your request, reply to you, and handle discussions before a possible service relationship (Article 5(2)(c) of Türkiye's Law No. 6698). Short-lived technical records help prevent duplicate submissions and abuse; this processing relies on legitimate interests where your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Article 5(2)(f)). I do not use inquiry data for advertising or profiling. Please do not submit sensitive or special-category personal data.
Service providers and data flow
The site is hosted on Contabo; Cloudflare provides DNS and HTTPS infrastructure. Form details pass from the site's Next.js server to Google Apps Script and then to the Gmail inbox at hello@sismanlabs.com so I can respond. At the time this notice was prepared, I had not verified the countries where Google services may process data or an applicable safeguard for any international transfer under Türkiye's data protection law. The scope and retention periods of technical records held by Contabo and Cloudflare have also not been verified.
Retention and deletion
If an inquiry does not become a client relationship, my policy is to manually delete the email correspondence from Gmail 90 days after the last communication; automatic deletion is not configured. To prevent duplicate submissions, Apps Script keeps a request-content hash, state, and timestamp in a technical record marked to expire after 24 hours. A hash of the email address is used for a 10-minute rate-limit counter. Expired records are removed when a later valid inquiry is processed, not by a scheduled cleanup job; without a later inquiry, a technical record may remain beyond its marked period. Google's own backup and deletion periods have not been verified.
